Calling it “the most ridiculous ruling I’ve ever seen,” Premier Doug Ford is railing against a court decision blocking Waterloo Region from removing a homeless encampment on the site of a future transit project.
“I wish they’d show up in this judge’s backyard and set up camp,” Ford said Friday in regard to a verdict by Justice Michael Gibson of Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice.
