WHO has raised its national risk assessment for the Ebola virus outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo from “high” to “very high.”WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, PhD, MSc, made the announcement Friday and said the outbreak being caused by a rare form of Ebola virus “is spreading rapidly.”
