May 22 (UPI) -- Olivia Rodrigo is back with new music.

The singer and actress, 23, released a single and music video for "The Cure" on Friday.

"The Cure" video casts Rodrigo as a nurse trying to find the cure to a broken heart. In the lyrics, she sings about a partner's love not being enough to overcome her own insecurities and self-doubts.

"And my head is full of poison / And my heart is full of doubt / I got toxins in my bloodstream / You tried hard to suck 'em out / And it feels like medication / And it's good for me, I'm sure / But it don't matter how your love feels anymore / It will never be the cure," she sings.
