Royal Enfield maker Eicher Motors on Friday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,520 crore in the March-ended quarter of FY26 versus Rs 1,362 crore in the year-ago period, implying a 12% growth. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the owners of the parent. The two-wheeler company posted a total revenue growth of 16% to Rs 6,080 crore in Q4FY26 versus Rs 5,241 crore posted by the company in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.The company's board recommended a final dividend of Rs 82 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 44th Annual General Meeting. The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholders’ approval, the company filing to the exchanges said.For Q4FY26, the company's Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) grew 20% to Rs 1,514 crores. Royal Enfield recorded its highest Q4 sales of 313,811 motorcycles, a 12% growth over Q4 FY25. Total volumes stood at 1,227,977 units, a 22% YoY increase. Domestic sales grew 23% to 1,107,343 units, while international volumes grew 20%, with 120,634 motorcycles exported.VECV reported the highest-ever Revenue from operations of Rs 27,076.6 crores, reflecting a 15% growth over last year. EBITDA stood at Rs 2,562.6 crores, and Profit After Tax rose to Rs 1,471 crores.
