DigiCars Group has launched a Cadet Programme aimed at developing young talent in the automotive industry.
DigiCars Group has launched a new Cadet Programme that will see 17 young people placed across its dealership operations as part of a broader skills development and employment initiative within the automotive sector.
The latest intake forms part of the group’s effort to build an internal talent pipeline while creating opportunities for young people looking to enter the motor industry.
Over the next 12 months, the cadets will rotate through various areas of the business, including sales, marketing, customer experience, service, stock management and finance.
The programme is aimed at giving them practical dealership experience and exposure to the day-to-day operations of a modern automotive retail business.
