Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa has been the subject of both intrigue and ridicule.
On one end, his sudden reappearance after months spent in hiding has split both the general public and several lawmakers. Meanwhile, singing in interviews and his viral chase with NBI agents in the Senate building have made dela Rosa perfect meme material.
As it turns out, he makes for a good video game as well.
