Metrolinx timeline for North York subway extension ‘has not changed,’ city staff say

Toronto city staff say they are not aware of any delays to the Yonge North subway extension, despite documents obtained by the Star indicating the project’s expected end date has been pushed back by approximately two years.

Under questioning Thursday by Coun. Lily Cheng, city staff said Metrolinx has maintained that its schedule for the subway extension has not changed.
