Retirement village operator Oceania Healthcare says the full year has delivered record results, though they weren't reflected in the bottomline net profit.
The company won't pay a full year dividend as a result of negative cashflow, with net profit for the 12 months ended March of just $119,000, compared with $30.4 million the year earlier.
The company said the bottomline reflected lower property revaluation gains and the closure of the Wesley Institute of Nursing Education.
