MANILA, Philippines – Acting Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Fredderick Vida announced on Thursday, May 21, that law enforcement agents had been ordered to implement the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant against Senator Bato dela Rosa.
However, the DOJ was still mum about other details, including whether or not Dela Rosa would be immediately turned over to the ICC.
