More than two dozen city-supported housing developments are under review for possible cancellation of municipal incentives and financial benefits after a construction readiness assessment found the projects have stalled.
According to Toronto’s Housing Development Office executive director Hugh Clark, 26 city-supported affordable housing projects approved through Toronto’s Open Door Affordable Housing Program and Rental Housing Supply Program (RHSP) are no longer moving forward as originally proposed.
