Feedback mechanisms via WhatsApp, IVRS, and calls revealed high percentage devotee satisfaction, including near-universal approval of Annaprasadam and laddu quality.He said that technology-led initiatives from an AI-powered command control centre to QR code-based footwear counters, along with purity, accountability, and devotee welfare, would remain central to TTD’s mission of keeping Tirumala among the world’s finest spiritual destinations.
