The family of the US doctor who contracted Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo will also be hospitalized in Germany. The German Ministry of Health reported this, without specifying whether the family members are showing symptoms. "After a US citizen infected with Ebola arrived in Berlin this morning for treatment, US authorities requested assistance to hospitalize his family members (wife and three children)," the ministry stated, adding that "they will also be transferred to the special isolation ward of the Charité hospital in Berlin."
