The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) confirmed she "is banned for life from returning to the UK", while the Polish government has been approached for comment.Twenty babies were abused at the Riverside Nursery in Twickenham, which has since shut its doors, with a further victim abused at Little Munchkins in Hounslow.Lecka pleaded guilty to seven counts of cruelty and was convicted of a further 14. One father, whose son was physically abused by Lecka, branded her early deportation as "completely inappropriate".He is amongst a group of parents who told the BBC they are now demanding that child abusers and other serious offenders be made ineligible for early release. The Labour government introduced the early release scheme in 2024 after prisons almost reached full capacity.Article continues belowThe victim's father said Lecka's deportation was "really hard to swallow"."We felt it undermined all that time and emotion that had gone into the trial," he said. "Preparing our witness statements and our victim impact statements, going through the trauma of that whole investigation and trial, to get a sentence brought a sense of closure and we could all move on from it."But then for that sentence not to be served, it was a bit of a hollow feeling."Choose Daily Mirror as a 'Preferred Source' on Google News for quick access to the news you value.Ministry of JusticePrisonsPrison sentenceNurseriesBreaking News
