With the world of work changing fast, it can be hard to know how to stay ahead. That’s why the University of Canterbury is offering future-focused learning opportunities through Tuihono UC | UC Online.

From short courses that quickly build practical skills to master’s degrees that enable people to progress or change careers, UC Online is focused on helping people grow in the areas where Aotearoa is seeing the most demand.

“All of our courses and programmes go through a rigorous process of research and evaluation to ensure they meet market need, and deliver outcomes that will help graduates gain skills employers are seeking,” says UC Dean of Future Learning and Development, Michael Grimley

The latest learning to meet that need includes online study options in Applied Artificial Intelligence, and an online MBA (Master of Business Administration) with specialisation options in Health, Technology, and Sport.

“UC Online is designed for people to upskill alongside their work, whānau and community commitments,” says Grimley. “The average UC Online learner is aged 37, studying part-time outside of Canterbury alongside their full-time job.”
