OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said Indian users have generated over 1 billion images using ChatGPT Images 2.0 since its launch, calling the engagement “awesome to see” in a post on X and highlighting strong AI adoption in the country.
Meanwhile, concerns about AI disrupting students’ career plans are growing across college campuses.
Joseph Catrino, Director of Dartmouth’s Center for Career Design, said higher education must do more to prepare students for the workforce.
To that end, the Ivy League college has raised $30 million to fund internships, offering students up to $6,500 per term to support unpaid or underpaid opportunities.
