Sixteen subscribers, including several diaspora investors, to apartments at Flourish Apartments & Terraces, a residential estate on Orchid Road, Lekki, Lagos, have petitioned the Inspector-General of Police and other law enforcement agencies over an alleged N876 million real estate fraud involving principal officers of RevolutionPlus Construction & Infrastructure Company Limited.
The petitioners accused the company’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Bamidele Onalaja, and directors Tolulope Onalaja and Adejimi Olugbenga, of criminal conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretences, fraudulent conversion, breach of trust, and allegedly attempting to resell properties already fully paid for by subscribers.
