As of the morning of May 19, consumers in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions were left without electricity due to new Russian attacks.

According to Ukrinform, Ukrenergo reported this on Facebook.

"As a result of Russian drone attacks and artillery shelling targeting energy infrastructure in frontline regions, consumers in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions remain without power this morning. Emergency restoration work is already underway wherever security conditions permit," the statement said.

Electricity consumption as of 09:30 on Tuesday was 1.9% lower than the previous day. The reason for this is the shift from cloudy to clear weather in many regions, which has increased the efficiency of household solar power stations.
