The Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) and the Center for Countering Disinformation have published information on ten Russian public figures accused of spreading radical anti-Ukrainian narratives and supporting Russia's war against Ukraine.

In post on Facebook, the HUR said the individuals were added to the "Kremlin Mouthpieces" section of the War&Sanctions portal.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the list includes war correspondents, bloggers, writers and journalists who are involved in shaping public opinion in support of Russia's military aggression and in distorting facts about the war.

Among them is Ilya Tumanov, a Russian aviation blogger and captain of the Russian Armed Forces. He is the author of the Telegram channel "Fighterbomber," focusing on military aviation. HUR, who supports Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine and assists Russian military personnel with logistical support and addressing operational needs.

Also listed is Viktor Shvykov, author of the Telegram channel "Reverse Side of the Medal" (RSOTM), which is linked to networks associated with the Wagner Group. He is one of the founders and the president of the "Foundation for Veterans of Combat Operations and Participants in Armed Conflicts" and a former participant of the Wagner Private Military Company. He spreads anti-Ukrainian rhetoric, publishes content from combat zones, and promotes the activities and image of the Wagner PMC.
