The Security Service of Ukraine's counterintelligence unit has gathered evidence against ten Russian servicemen accused of deliberately using attack drones against civilians in Kherson. Prosecutors have served notices of suspicion on them in absentia for violating the laws and customs of war.

Quote from Kravchenko: "Kherson comes under Russian fire every day. Pedestrians on the city's central street, a man walking his dogs, and first responders at the scene of an attack – all of them were killed in deliberate Russian strikes.
Ten servicemen from the 404th Motor Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces' Dnepr grouping have been identified as being involved in short-range drone attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure on the right bank of Kherson Oblast."
