LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Three fishermen were arrested before dawn on Sunday after they were allegedly caught using a compressor as a breathing apparatus while fishing in the coastal waters of Sual town.
In a report on Monday, the police identified the suspects as single men aged 41, 38, and 47, all residents of Alaminos City.
The use of compressors for fishing is prohibited under Pangasinan Provincial Ordinance No. 107-2003.
