Average wait times for a new neurology visit are influenced by patient sex, neurologic condition, type of insurance and geographic location, according to a study published in Neurology.The number of neurologists in an area, however, did not significantly impact these wait times, John Ney, MD, MPH, assistant professor of neurology at Yale School of Medicine, and colleagues wrote.
