Moldovan PM on Putin decree regarding Transnistria: Russia lacks soldiers

Moldovan Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu has said the decree signed by Kremlin ruler Vladimir Putin simplifying the procedure for obtaining Russian citizenship for residents of unrecognised Transnistria may be linked to attempts to recruit new soldiers for the war in Ukraine.
