Liz Phelps: If you’re wallowing in regret, you have to start to think about: “What is it I got from that situation that might be helpful? And what kinds of things can I use that for to help me in the future? And how do I think about it differently in such a way that it will actually take me out of this stuck situation to one where I can think about growing in the future?”
