OBANDO, Bulacan—Now having good air and water quality after weeks of dealing with smoke from the Navotas sanitary landfill blaze, this town is all set for its annual three-day Fertility Dance and Good Harvest Festival starting on Sunday, May 17.

Mayor Leonardo Valeda said on Saturday laboratory tests have returned good results on the air and water quality in the island barangay of Salambao and in Binuangan village.

This after the fire that hit the nearby landfill on April 10 was completely extinguished on May 10.
