Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has said in Chișinău, where a key decision on launching a special tribunal for Putin was adopted the day before, that the tribunal would help the Russian leader achieve his dream of going down in history.

Details: Tykhyi said that on 15 May, in the presence of all member states of the Council of Europe in Chișinău, Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset handed Sybiha legal confirmation of the accession of 36 states and the European Union to the agreement establishing the Steering Committee of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
