The Supreme Court has denied the temporary restraining order (TRO) that three lawyers sought to “preserve” all versions, including the draft, of the committee report of the Senate blue ribbon panel on the flood control scandal involving lawmakers.
The high tribunal, in a two-page resolution issued on April 29 but made public on Friday, did not grant the TRO and the status quo ante order sought by lawyers Eldridge Marvin Aceron, Sikini Labastilla and Purificacion Bartolome-Bernabe in their petition for mandamus and certiorari.
