Comelec posts list of bets, nominees for Sept. 14 Bangsamoro polls

MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has posted the tentative list of candidates and nominees for the Sept. 14 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections (BPE).

The public can view the list of candidates for parliamentary district representatives and nominees of Regional Parliamentary Political Parties (RPPPs) and Parliamentary Sectoral Organizations (PSOs) on the poll body’s official website.

A total of 13 RPPPs are on the list, along with 30 nominees from PSOs, including eight representing settler communities, six for women, three for youth, three for ulama and 10 for traditional leaders.FEATURED STORIES
