Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi discussed the current frontline situation with Chief of the Defence Staff of the United Kingdom, Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton.

Syrskyi expressed gratitude to His Majesty King Charles III, the Government of the United Kingdom and the British people for their support and comprehensive military assistance to Ukraine.

“We highly appreciate the United Kingdom’s leadership within the UDCG – the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, its co-leadership in the Maritime Capability Coalition and the Drone Coalition, as well as its active participation in other capability coalitions supporting the development of Ukraine’s Defense Forces,” the Commander-in-Chief stressed.

He briefed his British counterpart on the current situation on the battlefield.
