Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi visited combat units carrying out missions to repel Russia's armed aggression in the Zaporizhzhia region, specifically in the Orikhiv and Huliaipole sectors.

According to Ukrinform, Syrskyi announced this on Facebook.

According to him, Russian forces are pressing ahead despite heavy losses, intensifying pressure on Ukrainian defensive positions.

Syrskyi heard reports from commanders of brigades, assault regiments, and unmanned systems units holding designated defensive positions.

The participants also discussed the supply of various types of weapons and ammunition needed to reinforce specific sectors of the defense.
