MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) filed a frustrated murder complaint against a police staff sergeant who allegedly hit a civilian motorcycle rider, leading to him falling on the road, along a segment of C5 Road in Pasig City.
“The complaint was filed following the conduct of an investigation and the gathering of relevant evidence in connection with the incident,” QCPD said in a statement on Friday.
“The matter is now subject to evaluation and determination by the [Pasig City] Prosecutor’s Office in accordance with law,” it added.
