MANILA, Philippines — “There’s a reason why [former Sen. Antonio] Trillanes lost three elections in a row.”
Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla said this in a brief statement sent to reporters in response to Trillanes’ latest criticisms of him in connection with his supposed failure to arrest Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
“He’s arrogant first. He thinks later,” Remulla remarked.
