Powered land company Cloverleaf Infrastructure is proposing the construction of a 633-acre data center called Project Open Sky in Canadian County, Oklahoma.
Cloverleaf has filed a petition for annexation as well as an application for rezoning to the City of Piedmont concerning a 633-acre land parcel between Azalea Road NW, Richland Road NW, and Moffat Road NW.

According to a site plan, the campus would consist of six 352,800 sq ft (32,776 sqm) data center buildings, as well as several smaller warehouses and a substation.
Cloverleaf has said that the campus will use closed-loop cooling and that it “will be responsible for any power or transmission upgrades to protect against an increase to electric rates.”
