Billionaire Blundy moves to oust Victoria’s Secret chairwoman

Brett Blundy wants to oust the chairwoman of Victoria’s Secret, the international lingerie retailer where the billionaire businessman is the second-largest shareholder, at its annual meeting next month.

Blundy’s BBRC International has a 13 per cent stake in Victoria’s Secret, and has written to shareholders urging a vote against Donna James and another director, Mariam Naficy. In November, Blundy launched a push for a board seat and accused the company of being mismanaged.
