The Australian billionaire businessman has been pushing for an overhaul of the New York-listed lingerie giant’s board after years of declining sales.
Victoria’s Secret has accused billionaire businessman Brett Blundy of corporate espionage amid a high-profile and increasingly contentious battle between the lingerie giant’s major investor and its board.
The New York-listed company made the claim in documents circulated ahead of a meeting at which Blundy – who owns 13 per cent through his BBRC International vehicle – wants to be elected as a director.
