And while there was no shortage of good mascara suggestions, Michigan-based makeup artist Kierra Lanice Wray said that, no matter what mascara formula you choose, you shouldn’t overlook the power of a good lash primer.
According to our previous reporting, applying a coat of lash primer before your mascara can give you a fresh base to work off of and enhance the health of your lashes so they respond better to the mascara.
