Adam Murray: 'Too good to turn down'

New Barrow boss Adam Murray claims the club must win back their fans' trust because they have lost their identity following relegation.

Barrow dropped out of the EFL on the final day of the campaign after six years in League Two following a traumatic campaign that saw five head coaches come and go.

Murray, who left Kidderminster Harriers to sign a two-year contract at Barrow on Tuesday, knows the Bluebirds lost their way and says he must reconnect with the fans.

"The chats I've had with people already here, one of the main things we've got to do is build that trust back," Murray told BBC Radio Cumbria. "We've got to build that connection back.
