Self-doubt can manifest in all sorts of unexpected ways, said “The Let Them Theory” author Mel Robbins on a recent episode of “The Mel Robbins Podcast.”
It can show up as “overthinking, people pleasing, perfectionism, procrastination, comparison, blame, resentment, replaying conversations, staying awake at night, holding yourself back from things that you want to be doing,” Robbins said.
These feelings and habits can weigh you down. But in conversation with Robbins, behavioral researcher Shade Zahrai shared her best advice for how to boost your sense of self-acceptance.
