Court denies bail to woman accused in TCS Nashik case

Ms. Khan has been named as a co-accused in a rape and sexual exploitation case. Recently, a Nashik court had refused her anticipatory bail application after the prosecution has claimed that she had links in Malaysia and in Malegaon. The police said her custodial interrogation was needed.

The complainant, a 23-year-old woman had alleged that Ms. Khan had taught her to recite Kalma, observe Roza, and change her dressing behaviour. The police have also slapped Sections of the Prevention of Atrocities Act in the case.
