Schools that are part of The Hindu’s Newspaper in Education (NiE) programme are in a celebratory mood as they have secured excellent results in the State Board SSLC examinations announced recently.

Amara Jyothi English School, Devasandra, K.R. Puram: Tanmay Deepak Awaradi topped with 96.64%, while Anushka Adhikari came second with 96%, and Kusha R. came third with 95.68%. As many as 140 students appeared for the exam; 46 got distinction and 90 got first class.

Cluny Convent High School, Jalahalli Post: The topper was Grishma Sai S. with 99.2%, Disha C.L got 98.72%, and Nisha Sunil George got 98.56%. Of the 237 students who appeared for the exam, 145 secured distinction and 92 secured first class.

Poornaprajna Education Centre, Indiranagar: The school witnessed a tie for the top spot, with both Harika M. and Laranya Ravi scoring 98.24%. Out of 88 students, 52 got distinction and 31 got first class.

Madonna School, Udayanagar: The school saw 58 distinctions and 66 first class rankings among the 124 students who appeared for the exam. Shreeya M. and Rohan P. emerged as joint toppers with 98.88% each.
