Ferrari is to diversify with four new models every year from 2026 to 2030 including internal combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles, CEO Benedetto Vigna said Wednesday.
"In the sports car segment, we will continue to safeguard exclusivity through horizontal diversification of the range, with an average of four new models per year between 2026 and 2030, which will include internal combustion, hybrid, and electric engines," Vigna told a shareholders' meeting.
Ferrari shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements, expressed a favorable opinion on the 2025 Remuneration Report, and approved the proposal to distribute a dividend of €3.615 per outstanding ordinary share, equal to a total dividend of approximately €640 million.
The meeting confirmed John Elkann and Benedetto Vigna as executive directors of Ferrari.
