uropeans have reason to celebrate Péter Magyar's win in Hungary. This election carries clear implications for Europe and should help the 27 member states reach consensus more easily on key foreign policy issues, ranging from financial support for Kyiv to Ukraine's accession to the European Union, as well as sanctions against Russia. On all these points, Viktor Orban had become notorious for his obstructionism.
