Al Jazeera reported on Wednesday, April 8, that one of its journalists, Mohammed Washah, was killed when an Israeli drone strike targeted his car in Gaza. The Qatar-based network called the death "a deliberate and targeted crime."

"Al Jazeera correspondent Mohammed Washah was martyred in the Gaza Strip after an Israeli drone targeted his car," the channel said.
