Golf legend Tiger Woods was found by police to have two opioid pills in his pants pocket after his rollover crash last week in Florida, an arrest affidavit released Tuesday reveals.
The 50-year-old Woods also had “bloodshot and glassy eyes,” “extremely dilated pupils,” and was “sweating profusely,” when a sheriff’s deputy arrived at the two-car crash scene on Friday afternoon in Jupiter, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says.
“Woods movement was lethargic and slow,” the deputy wrote in the affidavit.
“I asked Woods if he consumed any alcoholic beverage to drink today to which he stated ‘none,’ ” the deputy wrote.
“I asked Woods if he consumed any prescription medication to which he stated, ‘I take a few,’ ” the deputy wrote.
