March 26 (UPI) -- The long-running TLC series 90 Day Fiancé will return May 10 with a new cast of international couples.
The series follows Americans and their international partners meeting in the United States and starting their K-1 visa journey.
The new cast includes Catie, 26, of Portland, Ore., and Josh, 30, of England, whose relationship is thrown into turmoil when Catie proposes an open marriage just weeks before their wedding. Marissa, 45, of Blue Bell, Pa., and Edward, 32, of the Dominican Republic, face scrutiny from her family and ex-husband as they try to bridge class and lifestyle divides.
In Alabama, Mallorie, 29, and Rașit, 29, of Turkey, clash over finances and future plans, while Shea, 54, of Kentucky, and Anabelle, 54, of the Philippines, contend with interference from his family and bombshells about his past.
In addition, Debby, 55, of New Orleans, questions whether her fiancé Mido, 41, of Egypt, is ready for marriage or chasing an acting career in the U.S. Ashia, 38, of Alabama, and Maxwell, 28, of Nigeria, confront visa complications and family tensions that could force them to marry abroad.
