A fake AI video showing masses of Iranians chanting Benjamin Netanyahu's name has gained traction across social media and persuaded real Iranians to use that very same term of endearment
Early this month, hours after the news broke that an Israeli strike had killed Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, a video appeared on Instagram purportedly showing massive crowds in Tehran in a spontaneous act of resistance. Tens of thousands of people were seen chanting "Bibi Joon, Bibi Joon," using the nickname of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and a Persian term of endearment.
