Jordan Klepper delved into President Donald Trump’s claim that a former president had told him he also wished to wage war against Iran but didn’t do it. (Watch the video below.)
Trump declined to reveal the president’s name.
“Now, there’s also another possibility — and this may come as a shock — which is that maybe, just possibly, Trump pulled the whole thing out of his ass,” the “Daily Show” host cracked on Tuesday.
He then showed a news report explaining that the other living former POTUSes had said it wasn’t them.
But that didn’t deter Klepper from presenting another possibility.
