The “Daily Show” thinks Iran’s gift to President Donald Trump is pretty epic — literally.

On Tuesday, the president bragged about an expensive and “very big present” that Iran supposedly gave him, which Trump implied was indicative of the country’s readiness to make a deal to end the war.

“They’re gonna make a deal. They did something yesterday that was amazing, actually,” Trump told reporters during Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin’s swearing-in ceremony. “They gave us a present, and the present arrived today. It was a very big present worth a tremendous amount of money. I’m not gonna tell you what that present is, but it was a very significant prize.”

Although calling the gift a “significant prize” makes it sound like it was a cereal box decoder ring, “Daily Show” host Josh Johnson thought Trump’s description of the cryptic gift sounded oddly familiar for a completely different reason.

“Wait, you got a gift from the people you are currently at war with?” Johnson began. “When I was at school and they made us read the ‘Odyssey,’ I couldn’t believe the Trojans fell for that Trojan horse. And now I’m watching it happen in real time.”
