Cyberabad Police have imposed prohibitory orders around all examination centres for the upcoming Secondary School Certificate (SSC) public examinations to ensure public order and prevent disturbances during the exams.
The notice, issued by the Cyberabad Police Commissioner M. Ramesh, prohibits the assembly of five or more persons within a 200-metre radius of all SSC examination centres under the commissionerate limits.
The SSC public examinations are scheduled to be held from March 14 to April 16, 2026. As part of the restrictions, photocopy and internet centres located within 100 metres of the examination centres will remain closed during the examination period.
Police said the measures are intended to maintain public order, prevent obstruction to individuals lawfully engaged in their duties and avoid any disturbance to public tranquillity near the centres.
The order will remain in force from 6 a.m. on March 14 until 6 p.m. on April 16 at all examination centres within the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate limits.
