As an activist and law student, I worry that Israel's judiciary lies in the hands of people who support illegal strip-searches as long as they help legitimize war – that is, a foreign superpower's invasion, whitewashed by the so-called cause of 'freeing the Iranian people'
On Tuesday evening, I went out to protest against the Israeli-American attack on Iran, and two hours later, I found myself humiliated and strip-searched at a police station. When we got to Tel Aviv's Habima Square, dozens of police officers were waiting for us, ready to dismantle our demonstration before we even began.
