The University of Michigan staff member with whom ex-football coach Sherrone Moore had a roughly two-year affair − and whose home prosecutors say Moore broke into after he was fired − is no longer employed by the university.
U-M football program spokesman Dave Ablauf said her contract expired and was not renewed. He did not provide additional details.
Her contract expired Feb. 28, 2026, according to a copy of her personnel file obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request.

Moore, 40, was fired on Dec. 10 after the university said he had an inappropriate relationship with a staff member and lied about it. According to police, the woman with whom he had the affair went to the university the same week Moore was fired and provided details about the relationship.
